For 20 years Toine was an investigator / surveillance operator with the Koninklijke Marechaussee (Dutch Military Police) and for the last 10 years a member of the BSB, a Special Unit that fights heavy crime and terrorism internationally. Since 1999 Toine has worked a Private Investigator and started his own company in 2004, and has also been travelling the globe, fighting Human Trafficking and Children’s Exploitation.  He has been a member of the CII since 2009 and is currently the Vice President of the Council.
